JARO Thermal announces the newest addition to the Aquas™ line of water protected fans. The new AC rated fans specifically meet the waterproof and dustproof parameters of the IP 55 water protection standard. In addition, these sturdy fans can be manufactured to meet a variety of specific water-protection requirements, as a special order accommodation for the customer. The products come in a variety of sizes, from 80mm x 80mm x 38mm up to 120 × 120 × 38 mm. The fans are specifically designed to compensate for moist and dusty environments. Each fan maintains an operating temperature of -10°C ~ +70°C (90°C by special order), with a life expectancy of 50,000 hours at 40°C standard. The Aquas™ series targets applications with harsh environmental conditions and protects against direct or indirect sprays of water, extended exposure to salt spray, or in air containing fine dust particles. The Aquas™ series can be fitted with a range of IP protected connectors and extended lead lengths, for simple installations. These new fans can be ordered in 110VAC, 220VAC or dual-110/220VAC voltages. The AA1282HB-AWQ-LF model is competively priced, with a 10-12 week lead time.
